Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the electrical field. Installs, bends, and threads GRC (rigid metal) conduit efficiently. Operates Greenlee electric benders. Pulls power and control wiring for motor control systems. Installs various control devices (photo eyes, limit switches, control stations, etc.). Installs panel boards, Motor Control Centers, and other distribution equipment. Terminates multiple control wiring. Experience installing conveyors required.
Must be able to operate scissor and boom lifts. |

Must have complete set of standard electrician hand tools, safety boots, safety glasses, and hard hat.
Must have working knowledge of the National Electrical Code requirements for electrical installations.
Must have completed 4 year Bureau of Apprenticeship training or a minimum of four years in electrical trade. |

Assists electrical workers in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring. Measure, cut, and bend conduit. Will assist in pulling various feeder and control wiring. Knowledge of various trade names and sizes of electrical components, i.e. raceways, wire, fitting, etc. Knowledge of calculations for bending rigid metal conduit. Assists in installing and adjusting various lighting fixtures and lighting systems. Assists in mounting and setting in place panel boards and various switch gears. Assists in the mounting and terminations of various control devices, i.e. photo eyes, limit switches, solenoids, etc. |

Minimum of two years experience in the electrical construction trade.
Experience with bending and threading GRC. Installation a plus.
Must be able to operate scissor and boom lifts.

Must have knowledge of the National Electrical Code and know that it governs electrical installations. |
